These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Bedhampton Mobile Tyres – Ford Lane Tyres Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to you, the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Ford Lane Tyres provides mobile tyre fitting, repair, and replacement services at customer-specified locations. We aim to deliver prompt and professional service, subject to availability and accessibility.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or authorised channels.

  • Accurate information regarding your vehicle, tyre size, and location is essential. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of service.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen issues such as seized wheels, missing locking wheel nut keys, or out-of-hours service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Call-Out Fees

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid call-out fees.

  • A call-out fee may be charged if:

    • The technician is unable to complete the job due to incorrect or incomplete information.

    • The location is unsafe or inaccessible.

    • The customer is not present at the agreed time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, flat, and accessible area.

  • Provide any necessary equipment, such as locking wheel nut keys.

  • Disclose any known issues that may affect the fitting process (e.g., damaged alloys, previous repair attempts).

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Tyres supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Ford Lane Tyres provides a 7-day workmanship guarantee from the date of fitting.

  • We accept no liability for:

    • Pre-existing damage or faults to the vehicle.

    • Tyre wear or failure due to alignment, suspension issues, or misuse.

    • Any losses arising from delays, cancellations, or incomplete services beyond our control.

7. Emergency Call-Outs

  • While we strive to respond promptly to emergency call-outs, response times may vary due to location, traffic, and service demand.

  • Emergency call-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Data Protection

We collect and store customer information solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Amendments

Ford Lane Tyres reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UK courts.
