By using the services provided by Ford Lane Tyres , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope
   Ford Lane Tyres offers mobile tyre fitting, repair, and replacement services at a location of your choice. While we strive to complete all jobs efficiently and safely, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or location access.

2. Safety Requirements
   To ensure safety during service, vehicles must be parked on a flat, stable surface with adequate space around them. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule the service.

3. Vehicle Condition
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is in a suitable condition for tyre fitting (e.g., locking wheel nuts are accessible, wheels are not seized, etc.). Additional charges may apply for complications not disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Liability Limitations
   Ford Lane Tyres is not liable for any damage arising from pre-existing issues with the vehicle, incorrect customer information, or services performed under customer insistence against our advice. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Third-Party Products
   Tyre brands and products offered are sourced from trusted suppliers. However, Ford Lane Tyres  is not the manufacturer and does not assume responsibility for defects or issues relating to the tyre manufacturer’s warranty or performance.

6. Cancellation & Call-Out Fees
   Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time prior to the appointment. Call-out charges may apply for late cancellations, missed appointments, or if service cannot be completed due to inaccurate information or inaccessible locations.

7. Emergency Response Times
   While we aim to reach breakdowns as quickly as possible, estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand, location, and traffic conditions.
